What is fixed and what can change
The launcher's fee recipient and creator tax are immutable. Each market fixes its question, rules, deadline, resolver, collateral and fees when it is created. The factory owner can change settings for future markets within the caps enforced by the contract, change the treasury wallet, and approve resolvers. No role can move the USDG that backs YES and NO shares. None of the contracts is upgradeable.
